If i submit POE(LUT) AFTER 6 MONTHS THEN WHAT WOULD BE THE CONSEQUENCES?

When we reimport the goods then when we will submit D3 form in excise?

If my original ARE 1 misplaced then how can i claim for rebate or POE?

Not a legal query. It is relating to the procedure for submitting the evidence of import. Consult a Chartered Accountant and Central Excise consultant. Otherwise you can read the Exim Policy document issued Commerce Department of Government of India. Your bankers can help you. If the desk officer who is dealing with your imports/exports does not know, he can seek the procedure from hig Forex Department of Head Office.
