HELLO ALL LEARNED,
MR. X (MALE) AND MISS Y (FEMALE) registered marriage according to law to procedure before marriage registrar and after the verification of the documents registrar of marriage registered the marriage of the both persons.
Then after the one week MR. X (MALE) AND MISS Y (FEMALE) arranged marriage as per Hindu rites with the all kinds of the ritual ceremony and distributed the invitation cards to the all relatives and solemnized the marriage by way of ritual.
As per the law of marriage the marriage must be solemnized as per ritual ceremony of concerned caste
Then is it valid marriage which is registered by registrar without the performing ritual ceremony as per the definition of act of Gujarat registration of marriages act 2006 under section 2 of (a) “ to conduct a marriage ”means to solemnize or either into a marriage under any law for the time being in force or by custom or usage in any form or manner.
Now I want to take action against them what can I do?
Among the two marriage which marriage is valid first marriage which is registered before registrar of the second one which is solemnized as per the Hindu rites in the presence of the all relatives of them?
Pls suggest

Why do you want to take action against them?
Both are valid marriages and you cannot do anything.

At the time of registration, they must have given documents in support of the marriage.
Marriage is valid from the date they have shown while providing registration.
