Correction of spelling in first name

Sir,I want to make correction of spelling in caste certificate of my brother. His name is Hritik but mistakenly It is printed as Ritik.please guide me what to do as it is creating many problems for his college admission

Affirm an affidavit before a 1st. class Magistrate declaring that the 2 spellings are of the same person.
