gradmother wants to give her share to grandson

My father died 16 years ago .our house and a piece of land (plot) is owned by my father .now acoording to the law there are three leagal hiers i.e me, my mother and my grandmother .I want to know if my grandmother agrees to give her part of share to me or if she does not want anything from my father's property then what procedure should be followed so that i get full ownership of my father's property and i get the full possession to sale that property..?

if your grandmother and your mother wants to transfer their share in favour of you then take noc/ relenquish deed from them and mutuated the property in your name .

mr wiseman, yr grandmother need like yr mother for their maintenance why they shd relinquish who knows you would protect them once you get the property of yr father by asking them relinquish their rights, there is no law that you can deprive yr grandmother or mother, so provision normally after their due normal deaths the property devolve on other claimants.

You have to obtain registered release deeds from your Mother and grand mother. In Telangana the stamp duty is 1/% on the Government market value. I do not know how much in your state.

If your grandmother wants/agree for release of her share in your favour, get a relinquishment deed registered in the office of sub-registrar.
For teaching the procedure consult a tutor and for further inquiry and proceedings contact, consult and engage a local lawyer.
