Can any one tell me d procedures for filing bail for offence in section 380 and d fees to be charged by a lawyer for the same
I ve a person in varanasi for whom bail is to be filed. Can any one help me out

At 12 o'clock in night police came on 8.09.2015and take d person with him for enquiry next day charged him with 3 sections of which judge cancelled the 2and booked him for charges under section 380 in which police has made allegations of theft of invertor battery. In this they had proven that they have caught d person on crime place which was not at all true
All we have to do is to take cancellations at d local court and then file d bail document to d high court
But I need a person who can do this procedure for us
