Dob change

Hi,

I need to take passport, but I don't have birth certificate.I don't know my correct dob. how do i get the birth certificate. My year of birth is 1994.

What is your educational qualification?

Take information from the registrar of births whether your birth was registered. Register has to be searched.

Find out what is the procedure for late registration.

In such case complete the formality and proceed.
