Sir,I am complaintant to register a complaint in metro city magistrate. it's is necessary for complaintan to attaining each date given by court. Now coming date for plead recording from accused My lawyer has busy for Another matter he will be not attained he said me u attained judge will not Ask u any questions to u but ur presents is important. I don't know what should I do pls suggest me.

As advised by your Advocate, go to the said court on that particular date. Be there right from the beginning when the Court time starts.
When your case gets called out, stand up before the Magistrate and state that you are the complainant; your Advocate has difficulties as he is held up in another court; therefore please grant some other date. Court will record your presence and then will adjourn the matter to some other date. Please carefully note the date and inform your Advocate. That's all.

appear before the court, no need to worry, the court may fixed another dated for further proceedings.

Sir, I have two questions 1.Can I presents every herein and it's mandatory.
2. Regarding coming date, my lawyer said on that date, judge aks to defence lawyer for plead recording through accused.can court proceedings as per my lawyer said to me in absent my lawyer. I don't want next date because date will be came again two to three months.

You cannot and should not be guided by too many Advocates.
