Accidential case

a few days a normal accident happend with me. In that i also got injured and other one also. But that was not a major accident on the place of accident he started asking me for money. Even i helped him to stand properly and asked him whether you are injured or not. Even then he has filed FIR against me. Now what should i do

Nothing serious.. bailable offence.. even you can make the settlement if you want.. you can also file counter complaint against that person.

If he was also deriving a vehicle, you should file / have filed counter case. Any monetary claim would be met by Insurance Company.
