As recorded cross of pw1 statement change so as defendant what step I should taken, whether rectification possible upto actual statements. As I'm not agree for this impugned statement and now matter posted for my (defendant) evidence
i am also file complaint with Chief Judge and Supreme court in this regards
now File my evidence, wait for steps on complaint as may shift in other court. OR accept further evidence if file by plaintiff even evidence closed for plaintiff,

as cross statement changed after cross without my knowledge hence i was register complaint at Higher court,
Now matter posted for my evidence so what steps i should taken..
1. file evidence
2. wait for actions of my complaints
3. if plaintiff file more evidence then accept or not as chief affidavit file.....

Once evidence or cross examination is closed, court can not allow the plaintiff or defendant to change it. And it is serious violation of law if you were not even intimated. Whole proceeding is vitiated and rightly so you approached the higher court. Seek permission to extend date and not to proceed with case till the disposal of your complaint. Also try to take a stay from higher court. But I don't know under what provision have you approached the higher courts.
