I bought Piece of land in Aug 12 in my individual name, from funds of received from my Deceased Father. My HUF (myself as KARTA) got registered in Oct-12. Now I want to get it rectified/ratified and land to be transferred to My HUF Name. How I can do this. If it is possible what are the registration fees / Stamp Duty I will have to pay. Land in located in Maharashtra.

Your counsel can opine if scope of principle deed is being altered.
Generically Speaking: If sale deed was not executed by POA holder and was signed by principle then ratification may not be required.
Rectification deed is to be presented by both seller, buyer to same SRO where Principle deed was signed.
In your case buyer is being changed so charges applicable to deed and even supplementary charges may be applicable.
