Notice serve without client signature

If notice is serve without sign of the client, the contents of notice is fake . Notice is draft to grab money from other party to whom notice is serve. First of all whether notice is valid and if yes, Can in that case we can file a case of 420 against client on whose behalf notice is drafted?

No case u/s 420 lies only because the notice does not bear the signature of the sender.

Devajyoti Barman Sir, Sorry u misunderstood the case. U only read the subject. There something more written in it. Question whether it is a valid notice and second in that case is any action taken based on the fake content involved in the notice against the person on whose behalf it is served?
