We gave our property on 15 year registered licence deed for business. This year on 15 aug 2016 licence period expired. But now tenate refuse to vacant our property. Our property residing in Maharashtra. Our deed is registered, in this license deed party agreed for vacant property as the period of license expired. But now he refused to vacant. Is any special courts to appeals for such registered license matter. What the chances of getting our property back.
