Pls its urgent How Can A Compromise Executed By the Court

Sir
I just want to know the execution process for a compromise deed entered among the parties in the district court.
We have entered a compromise to be performed within six months and lawyer is suggesting to apply for execution of the compromise in the court.Is there any time limit for applying for such execution and what is the procedure for the same?

There is no time limit prescribed under law in the given case.

If there is compromise decree then time limit is 12 year.In your case After six month you can apply for execution.Your lawyer is rightly suggesting you.

In civil matters You can enter in to compromise any time.Your Lawyer is rightly suggesting you to get court's seal on the compromise.
