Presence of accussed-victim 1 on judgment day

(Querist) 25 December 2016 This query is : Resolved 


Dear Members,

What would be the consequences for not attending on final day of judgment i.e. if, A1 is absent

This is for 498a case

Successfully completed trial

Last hearing every one attended but PO did not pronounce judgment

My lawyer (free lawyer –legal aid ) says every one is must and gives no justification

Hence, this query
