Builder and society harasing me to take revenge

I AM A RESIDENT OF A RECENTLY FORMED CHSL. HAD TAKEN PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF THE FLAT FROM THE BUILDER 3 YRS AGO BEFORE OBTAINING THE OC. THE BUILDER DID NOT ISSUED ME POSSESSION LETTER BCOX HE DID NOT HAD THE OC. NOW HE IS CLAIMING THAT I AM STAYING ILLEGALLY. HE IS TAKING REVENGE BCOZ I HAD LODGED A POLICE COMPLAINT AGINST THE WATCHMAN 3 YRS AGO. THE SOCIETY IS NOT GIVING RECEIPT FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND INSISTING FOR A POSSESSION LETTER. THEY ARE NOT ISSUING A SHARE CERTIFICATE AND NOC TO RENT THE FLAT.

You can make complaint to the society registrar for the harassment by the builder.

As now the society has been duly registered, the allegation of staying illegally shall not stand. Hence, don't worry about that.
If the society is not giving NOC without giving any valid reason, then you can file a complaint before the Dy. registrar of the societies of your city.

You can file complaint against the builder in consumer forum.
May file complaint against the society for not issuing receipt of maintenance paid to Registrar of societies.

You can file a case against builder in consumer forum.Also you may file a case against the society for not issuing the receipts for maintenance to the registrar of the society./
