Hello everybody...a girl got my number from social site and called me and asked to marry me....we talked on phone...and met once on station for 40 minutes while she was going to her home and my city was in-between two stations...after some days she pressurised me to marry her but I refused....she lodged a fir under ipc 376....after that she visited to my mother and threatened her and bargainedthat if I marry her she will withdraw the report and save me but I refused....I have audio how she threating me of consequences and pressurised me to marry her....now my question is can I lodge a fir against her for blackmailing me or threating me???because she is using rape laws for her benefit....instead of demanding money she was demanding marriage....but clearly she wants some benefits from case....isn't it a case of blackmailing???please suggest....

Repost it anonymous should post his details. Second story hard to believe ,third what steps were taken by police , fourth whether medical examination done fifth this is not joke

Mr. Doab,
Question is about your own fake ID, not on the anonymous query. Unlike you, he must have posted his real ID in his profile at LCI, but would have preferred to remain anonymous while asking his question. but contrary to hundreds of requests, you have flatly refused to appear with your real identity with your real name, photo and location. That gives a clear impression as if you are either a hardened criminal or an agent of Pakistan and are keeping yourself hidden from one and all in the guise of a fake expert to avoid getting noticed and caught one day.
By the way, if you are really an expert, WHY AND FROM WHOM YOU ARE AFRAID OF NOT POSTING YOUR REAL IDENTITY WITH REAL NAME, PHOTO AND LOCATION IN YOUR PROFILE AT LCI?
