About gair mazarua land

I and my family living in land from 30/35 years ago.in this land my grandfather made a toilet and a well 30 years ago.and now a man saying us that this is my land though it is gair mazarua land and he made FAQ paper about this land and he tease us from one month and he send notice by police or by block.and he says us leave from this land.please help me what i should do

Sir,
Gair Mazarua land does not have title as it is governemnt land.

if you have all the documents like tax paid receipt, electricity bill or other documents which show your possession then file a case in court that you are the owner by way of adverse possession.

Adverse Possession means if anybody encroaches others land and is he is possession of it for a continuous period of 12 years, it becomes his own property and your possession is not disturbed.

File a court case and take an temporary injunction not to evict or demolish your property till the suit is decided and also not to disturb your peaceful possession.
