Caste certificate

Sir
My home is at Basti city but after my father' death since 1993 I migrated to my mama house at deoria. Since I belong to obc category I need caste certificate , from which city I should apply for, my father's city basti or the city where I am living from 25 years.I have adhar card, driving licence Address mentioned at deoria but not ration card.

That would be enough what you hold and could apply in "Deoria" it self.Before filing the Application meet the Concerned officer of the Revenue Dept/Tehsildar Office and Confirm the Requirements.Your Father's Caste Proof would be Certainly Requires.Meet them with all that.
