Go to stamp venders and demand such papers if available with them. This is the only way.

Every stamped paper has its own way of watermarking. The stamp vendors selling the latest to the innocent litegent by stamping and dating it as old date. How this can be detected is the query.

Try to find out from the treasury office from where these stamp papers are supplied.
