Gurmeet singh..namaste..sirs/mams i have been working in cpwd as a J.E. for last 6 years.In 2015 i got into argument with one of my bosses.He took the matter so personally that once he abused me over phone to which i too absued him.then he threatened me that he will destroy my career.I asked him that sites under me are lacking stationary and othet items in writings. so he came with a vehicle full of stationery at 8:00 pm and asked me and others to wait for him until he arrive.after reaching office he told me to unload all the stationery and sign the receipt. since it was already late and i had only one man under me and he was an old man so i thought of signing his copy of receipt and i will check the items later.but after 7 days a man from site came and he asked me for 1 rim of white paper.when i opened the stores i found not even a single white papers rims in it.i immediately inform my senior in writing that either you correct it or send me white paper rim immediately. to which he started blaming me of corruption and threatened me of investigation. When through exchange of bunch of letters, you have already spoiled your case and merely for a rim of white paper you have invited a wrath of your senior, you have lost all the chances of your defense, more so when you have already committed a mistake of signing the receipt of delivery of all the stationary items. In fact, when you had already committed a mistake of signing a fake receipt of the stationery items, you could better have acted wisely to recoup the short item.
Now, you may better get examined the bunch of letters exchanged by some expert in disciplinary matters to help you find out some escape route from the muddle you created for yourself.

You seem to have already created a lot of evidence against you.
Beg for mercy now if the matter is not too late. You earlier had only oral evidence of embezzlement of stationary (just one rim of paper) and you have created documentary evidence that you received that stationary and was not found next morning.

You have posted right observation that you gave acknowledgment without checking the inventory.
Your boss wanted to torment you and that is why he came with load late in evening.
He knew your nature and temperament.
In future avoid altercations and acquire skill to handle bosses…and also keep irrefutable evidences.
You can benefit also from the points raised by Mr. Sudhir Kumar.

Get the matter related docs and inputs duly examined from a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Service matters for a considered and proper legal opinion……
This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.
Check in person at LOCAL civil courts/Labor Court/CGIT/CAT/HC/SC and prepare your own list of such counsels and chose…..
Seasoned employees’/trade unions leaders can also help and guide you..

In many cases at LCI also it is posted by many threads that unscrupulous entities loiter at online portals and advertise photos of very sick and old individuals and claim that FEE once paid cannot be collected back………. And many entities post from multiple fake ID’s to allure unsuspecting querists…

You may ask Mr. Kumar Doab, a fake expert, if he or any of his master lawyers can guarantee that they can stop your departmental authorities from taking any disciplinary action against you, if they desire so, may be on false blame?
You can understand well, Mr. Kumar Doab is the person, who loiter at the LCI to confuse the querist at first with his multiple vague posts and then lure them to contact some of his known lawyers, as if working as their tout, on payment of FEE.
Rather, Mr. Sudhir Kumar has advised you the right course of action by giving you the mantra of "begging for mercy", as you have already committed a mistake that cannot be rectified, when your wrong acknowledgment is already in the hands of your boss.
BE AWARE, NO LAWYER OR COURT CAN INTERVENE IN BETWEEN THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS OF DISCIPLINARY ACTION BY DEPARTMENTAL AUTHORITIES. COURT OR ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL CAN BE APPROACHED ONLY IF INJUSTICE HAS ACTUALLY BEEN DONE BY ANY AUTHORITY AGAINST THE PRESCRIBED RULES & PROCEDURE.

agreeing with Mr Jigyasu I will add that local counsels generally have zero knowledge on service matters.
Things as explained by you indicate that you have walked into a trap and have created evidence sufficient enough to prove charge of embezzlement of govt stock (howsoever little it may be) and created sufficient justification even for throwing you out of service.

Agreeing with Mr. Sudhir Kumar to the extent that you were wrong in getting carried by emotional outburst and acting in haste without consulting seasoned employees union leaders, defense assistants, very able LOCAL counsel specializing in Labor/service matters of unshakable repute and integrity and having successful track record…..
It is unfortunate that Mr. Sudhir Kumar posted a very tall claim that LOCAL counsel have ZERO knowledge even if IT is posted in general sense.
It is vaguely remembered Mr. Sudhir Kumar has posted such comment in other threads also...not in general or without general sense.
It would be erroneous to surmise only counsels at say; National Capitol,
or state capitols
or Metro Towns
or only is Southern India would have full or superficial knowledge and rest in Western India, Central India, Northern India, Western India would have ZERO knowledge…
It would be simply not right to state so and claim so.
It will be not be right to ask any querist, readers, member, expert to get carried away and not to lean on LOCAL counsels……………many of whom would have spent good number of years, lifetime helping and supporting and representing querists and getting successful resolutions with their skill and knowledge…without leading querists to courts or from courts of law…

Four additional vague and irrelevant posts have now been made by Mr. Kumar Doab, a fake expert, just as of habit of playing a number game to add scores to his credit.
Of course last two of his posts give very clear indication of the state of his unsound mind with frustration, besides his guilty conscious in order to unduly justify himself and his earlier totally vague advice. He also seems to be afraid of being questioned by the querists about his advice, as revealed from his statement, "Dear LCI Querist @ Mr. Gurmeet Singh ( And Not Ayush or even Ayush) You may not ask Shri Kumar Doab anything simply because IT=@PSD is ordering you." AND who is this "IT=@PSD, who ordered Mr. Gurmeet Singh with ID of "Ayush", as referred by Mr. Kumar Doab with his unsound mind? It seems, he is also afraid of some unknown fellow named as, "IT=@PSD"
Mr. Kumar Doab should better consult some psychiatrist, sooner the better.
