my son is 5 years old but yet i have not got his birth certificate ,pl guide how can i get it now

Apply to the Municipality of the place where your child took birth.

What is hurry? You asked procedure, I told you. You may request them to issue earlier than 21 days, if procedure allows. Nobody can compel them to flout the rules & procedure.

Dear Mr. Dhingra,
He is not talking about the delay of 21 days. But says that the Birth Certificate will be issued by the Municipality only if the birth is registered within 21 days of the birth of the child.

What is the procedure ro get birth certificate after a delay of 04 years
