Dual Lawyers for Same Case Similar to Dual Doctors Treatment

Que.1.The way one take the Help of Second Doctor if some one suspect the First Doctors Line of Treatment, Similarly Can Some one Hire Two Lawyers for the Same Case from the beginning itself to avoid any foul play if they can afford?

Legally a litigant can engage any number of advocates for his litigation. There is no prohibition of engaging more than one advocate for the same case.

tHERE IS NO BAR TO ENGAGE ANY NUMBER OF ADVOCATES IN THE SAME LITIGATION.

Practically it is not advisable to engage two lawyers for the same case.

You can take second or third opinion from so many doctors. But operation can be performed by only one doctor and he may be assisted by his juniors.

Similarly, you can get opinion from many lawyers but in court proceedings you can be represented by ONLY ONE lawyer, of course, he can be assisted by others.

At a time you can be represented by only one lawyer.

If you want your case to be made more complicated due to egoistic approach of each lawyer, if you want to spoil your piece of mind, if your purse is fat enough to be pinched twice or thrice, then please appoint more number of lawyers for the same case.
