Dear Devendra,
As per me there is restriction to purchase ST land only and no restriction for purchasing SC land by general person. However please consult with local advocate.

In my understanding such restriction is applicable to lands in certain areas duly notified. Yes, such lands belong to SC/ST. However, that does not imply that all lands belonging to those communities fall in such restricted category.
