Sir,
I completed my Law Degree Last Year.Now I am doing artsicleship Training For CA Course.Still i am not enroll in Bar Council.Wheather I have eligible to enroll in Bar council.Two years training is left.

ONCE ENROLLED YOU CANNOT DO THE ARTICLES UNDER A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT, HOWEVER IT SEEMS THAT YOU ARE CONFUSED WHAT CAREER PATH YOU NEED TO CHOOSE. BCI DOES NOT ALLOW PROFESSING 2 PROFESSIONS AT THE SAME TIME, YOU CAN PRACTISE AS AN ADVOCATE ONLY OR A CA ONLY NOT BOTH.

Two legs in two different boats - you are not safe. Choose the career and proceed accordingly. Whereas LLB qualification may help you in the profession of CA, your CA qualification is of least use in career as Advocate. Depending upon your aptitude, interest and your own decision choose the path.

I would advise the author to take up the law profession and choose a branch to expertise.
