Hi all, i have purchased a resale flat where society conveyance is not given by builder because he still has not sold one of the flats in the society. building was constructed 5 yrs back. pls let me know whether in this case, can conveyance be obtained from builders and if so, on what basis. thanks.
Hi all, thanx for the reply. But what if builder doesnt sell one of the flats that he owns. In that case how would i get conveyance.

The builder might have got a single conveyance deed of various flats so he might be waiting for the sale of his last unsold flat but he shall definitely get registered sale-deed in your favour. So you are not loser at all without having conveyance-deed of builder.

purchase of flat has nothing to do with conveyance. conveyance of land and building will be in favour of society only, Society has to approach builder for conveyance ,if builder is not giving.
