1. WHO IS ANY OTHER PERSON OR AUTHOIRSED PERSON UNDER SEC 7A (3A) OF EPF ACT?
2.CAN THE AUTHORITY UNDER 7A OF EPF ACT REFUSE AN ADVOCATE TO ATTEND THE ENQUIY ON BEHALF OF MANAGEMENT OR TRADE UNIONS UNDER CLAUSE OF ANY OTHER PERSON?

The Employer can authorise any person to attend the 7A enquiry on behalf of the company. He must be well versed with the case to be handled. No restriction
