This query is : Resolved
I has been observed the Experts(Few) instead of Answering the Queries on this Forum openly is adopting to answer them in private on their mobiles, this has become a passion for at least Few(Countable)those who either don`t have the Stuff to answer Openly on the Forum or else guiding the aggrieved people in the wrong path through personal Contacts.
I strongly recommend those Guys to either answer here in the Open Forum keep quite.

I partly agree with you and Expert please note.
If genuine, single straight query with brief background of case put before the Forum proper legal advice can be given.
If more complexities in the query I strongly advice the concerned person to meet a practicing advocate in his locality.

there is a growing tendency by some of the experts in this regard
may be some of them are trying to solicit business through this forum
i feel, whatever advise/suggestion be given in the forum/expert section itself.
if they are not satisfied, with the replies, they have the options to consult the experts in the concerned field (Not necessarily an advocate only)

Query is wrong
purpose of LCI is given below
"Knowledge is Power and its power increases manifold if it is shared and distributed. We, at Interactive Media Pvt. Ltd, shared this belief from within and hence ventured on creating platforms for sharing of knowledge amongst professionals. For us Internet with its potent reach and easy accessibility proved to be sent from heaven.
Thus was launched Lawyersclubindia.com, an interactive platform for Lawyers and Indian Public in Feb'2008. Initially it was a site meant for knowledge sharing among Lawyers but later with its gaining popularity it spread its wings amongst the whole Legal professionals community. Today Lawyersclubindia provides its 45,000 plus members with a gamut of services like:
A platform for interaction with persons of their own fraternity.
Updates on various issues in the Legal world (mostly relevant to Lawyers, Advocates, General Public)
Most recent advancement/reviews/discussions in current Legal issues.
The facility to maintain their profile and communities and be in touch with their peers by just logging on to the site"
to share knowledge amongst professional
this is no legal aid camp to give free advices
however, i see great genorosity with which answers are being given with promptness
i think the query must not have arosen at all
regards

Professor is Right is saying that Sharing of Knowledge should happen in Public Forum not in Private on mobile phones,
I think that is what the query is addressing to(I may be wrong)?

Coming to the Suggestion of Wrong Advices, accepted but instead of keeping quite that is where I would say a.monoharan and SKJ. Advocate should come in and boldly say this is wrong that way we can send right signal to this Forum.

Dear Mr.Unbiased Advice and my friends ,
Example for my former posted reply.
The following is quary.
"My grand fathe's father Mr. K had four males and 2 sisters. Mr. K expired without leaving any will. After Mr. K's death, My Grand father Mr. S along with his 3 brothers divided the property orally and got municipal tax, EB transferred to their respective names. My grand father Mr.S. enjoyed his share of property and divided that among his four sons orally. Now my father Mr. M gifted his share to me to effect registration in the register office. Is it correct and what he gifted to me is legally right. Please reply me"
1. one of our friend's reply as follows:
'If u can prove those oral partitions then the coparcenary property loses its character and thus makes the gift deed totally valid'
Our another friend Mr.Ramachandran posted as follows:
2. 'Dear Mr. Harpreet,
There is no such legal provision as suggested by you. In case you have any specific provision or case law kindly indicate. I would like to update myself. '
Likewise , once , i came cross the wrong meaning of Camera Proceedings.
I leave this matter for our Honourable Experts' Forum. At any cost, i do not like to wound my any advocate friend's feelings. Because, i also do not know so many legal things . But whereas we should not spoil the society with our wrong advice.
Here , 'Boldly saying' is not a question , but, 'Avoiding to wound any of our friend's / expert's feeling' is most important. i think that my friends shall not mistake of me for this posting. If even any of our friends think so, please excuse me in advance.
