Membership of flat owners association

I would like to know about the following

1) Who is aligible for a exeutive committee member of a ad hoc committee of a flat owners association, said will be registered under the west bengal apartment ownership act 1972 shortly.

any member of the association can become the ec member. Go throguh the byelaws of the association in this regard.
