Marraige

Dear All,

I am a brahmin boy and love a bengali girl.My parents are against our marraige.
The girl's family is also against this marraige.
Is there a legal way so that i can stop girl's family to marry her with someone else.

Note : we can't registered our marraige in court bcz girl want to do marraige with the support of both family which seems to be impossible.

you cannot have the cake and eat it too. when both the families are against such a move,how can you both think of such a formal marriage.
the girl herself,if she is a major can oppose such a marriage against her wish. you cannot do anything about it since you have no locus standi at his stage to interfere in the matter. she can lodge a police complaint if she is coerced and approach the high court for police protection to her.

No, agreement in restraint of marriage is void and not permissible either.
