Dear Sir,
I am working as an accountant in a Co. and i was opened a mobile shop. there was working a 20 year old girl. and she make was with me after some time like as my wife with marriage including physical relation, she have already made physical relation with some one and with me also but now i want still marriage with her and he take all goods of my shop and not returning and when i am saying for marriage she saying i will sue a file of rape and will not marriage with u and will not return your goods, now a days she is with any other one.if i rape and leave her then she can file a sue against me but i want marry with her. actually this is her business to make new customer and cheat with her, this is her way of earning, please advice how can i merry with her i am very serious

first of all you can not marry her without her consent as she is major, secondly you can complaint against her for taking goods without your knowledge and permission and it is fact that she can lodge complaint against you also for having relation with false promise as you stated that she is like that so she can go at any extent to get rid of you, thirdly and lastly my personal suggestions that whatever you lost you lost please dont think for the marriage otherwise you must be in trouble in future.

Your whole query is full of contradictions. If she is not faithful towards anyone including you and you also say that this is er business then why do you want to marry with such lady who is bound to perform her old habits.
So you first become clear whether you want legal action against her or to marry her.

Dear sir
Thanking you very much to both of you
but sir i have a query that if girl doing something with her consent and after some time she can file a sue in court for rape, i have not done anything from last 6 month.
is boys have not any way to come out and claim that a girl make friendship with a boy including physical relation and after take money she leave to boys. i think it also should be unlawful.

Your point is correct. Law has also made provisions in this regard but only to the extent of defence means if she files any false case of rape against you then you may take the defence of mutual acceptance but you cant file any case against her on this ground.
