what documents are necessary take a claim under sec 166 motar vehicle act at the time of filing a claim petition ?

EVERY DOCUMENT WHICH CAN PROOF YOUR CLAIM AND THE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO ACCIDENT.LIKE COPY OF FIR,MLR, INCOME PROOF, IN CASE OF INJURY DISABILITY CERTIFICATE, HOSPITAL BILLS, MEDICINE BILLS AND ETC.

You should also produce documents relating to your income.

under the law the IO of the case is duty bound to provide all the documents relating to the claim in the MACT.
