Information on high court records in civil court

(Querist) 20 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
In a Specific Relief Suit in a Trial Court can we summon Records(Confidential) relating to a Treasury that is completely under the Control of a High Court Registrar?

This records are only piece of evidence which will make the plaintiff(private party) side strong. In this case Defendants are both Govt. Departments.

If it is possible will a Interim Affidavit will serve the purpose?

Thanks in advance
