Are you an investigating officer to make preliminary invetigation about the theft with the intention to file a criminal case or to issue a charge sheet to the delinquent employee, or you have been appointed as an inquiry officer in a departmental/ domestic inquiry to inquire on to a disciplinary case after issue of a charge sheet to some particular employee?

Also opinion or findings on what specific issue of inquiry you want?

In any case, question on findings would arise only after accomplishment of inquiry in the specific case, as would have been entrusted to you.
