Educational loan - re-payment

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Sivakumar.M from Cuddalore,Tamilnadu. I finished my P.G [M.E] thru educational loan which I got from Canara bank. After four years, I re-payed by loan amount thru one time settlement scheme on Nov'14. But, Upto now i didnt receive any clearance certificate and i approached bank branch manager many times, they are not at all responding properly. Kindly help me to solve the problem..

Complain to the Banking Ombudsman or send letter under RTI Act.

you can wait some time say to 30-45 days. since you have paid on nov.
otherwise you can proceed as advised by learned expert sh. devajyoti barman.

You have settled the loan by availing some discount. Bank may take time to get the same approved as per approving authority structure.
Wait and after 15 days file RTI.
