Submit a representation to the department. If there is no positive response, file a writ petition before the high court.

Dear Amrita,
Please indicate the name of your father, what was the designation of your father, in which office he was working, and when did he retire? The Department of Telecom is one of the finest organizations who take good care of the pensioners / family pensioners. There is some problem somewhere. Please give the above particulars. I can be of some help to you.

Denial of pension by the employer must be supported by valid grounds as to the eligibility of the legal heir. Could you post the full details of the claimant?
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 19 September 2010
Dear Anonymous,
Are you serious in regard to your problem. If so, why don't you give the minimum particulars asked by me?
Surrender K Singal (Expert) 19 September 2010
Expert Ramachandran seems really concerned and would be helpful if particulars are provided - could be through PM , if the querist does not want to share with all
