recovery case on behalf of bank

I am filing the recovery case on behalf of bank.please suggest if i should file regular suit or summery suit u/o 37.

If it is a straight open and shut case go through Summary Suit under Order XXXVII, otherwise go through civil suit. You are the best judge depending upon your fact situation.

In reality Banks struggled to realize debts from its borrowers even under Summary suits filed under Order 37 though it is better than Regular suits.
