Bayana agreement/agreement for sale is to be read in its entirety. If other clauses of the agreement establish that the execution of sale-deed shall be made on or before a particular date then it is ok and similarly if total sale consideration and received amount of earnest money is given then there is no need of mentioning the balance amount so given the boundaries agreement is valid but I suggest either to obtain opinion of any local lawyer by showing him agreement or mail me so that I may definitely tell about that agreement.
