If you are governed by Mithakshara school of Hindu Law, the marraige of uncle daughter is restricted

We are not in joint family, Then?

Dear Susmitha,
What is the hitch? The girl is not having any direct relation in your paternal hierarchy. Neither she is your maternal sister nor even her father has any blood relation with your mother's sister.

Mr. Dhingra, So i can marry her rite..?
There wont be any problems? Is it legal?
