2.spouse is living with his/her

NOW MY Qus Is:-
Example
Mr. X's Familiy had wife and 4 Son(a,b,).
Before dath of X, Son a, are sattle in other cities and Son b is living in same(city) muncipal area, and after dath of x, son b has come and living with wife of x(mother) .
Now please answer for Following Qus:-
1.Who has right of Tenant after dath of Mr.X
2.son b has tenent after dath of Mr, X's Wife.
Kindly Give Any CASE Detail for Refrance.
