Dear members,Please suggest, How can a 16 years old boy obtain his Birth Certificate form concerned Authority? He does'nt having any of his birth proof.

you can approach any GOVT doctor for checked and give the birth certificate.

If that baby born in hospital mean surely they will be maintaining a birth entry record.. With that reference you can get birth certificate from your municipal or corporation office..

If there is no possibility for that mean just file a petition before concern judicial magistrate court under the birth and death registration act.. Along with your petition, affidavit, Just a third party's affidavit enough for confirm your affidavit.. Its will take maximum 3 months time.. Finally the j.m will direct the respondent to entry the birth of the child.. Thats it.
