sir,
i want to sale my property through power of attorney , i bought 200 stamp paper from one place , and now i am notorising that PO in bangalore , is there any problem in this paper which is purchased from other village

to sale property which PO is sufficeient ,whether general or special

Yes. You can sale your property through power of attorney.. And no problem by the stamps, and notories from various places..

yes it is your wish to make the GPA or the SPA in this regard and make it registered from the registering officer of your area or where you applied for the PA

Yes,property can be sold through power of attorney but power of attorney should be registered by sub registrar office.

On the basis of Notarised Power of Attorney conveyance deed can not been executed. POA must be registered with Registrar of Assurance.
