As a layman in simple language in brief if possible meaning of Grounds Of Appeal & Memorandum Of Appeal. Because it has been said that it is not applicable in criminal cases in any stage it is applicable in tax matters & civil cases only.

Its mean statements of the reasons for your appeal.. I mean which points will be favour to you to bring your case for appeal.. Mentioning that points as one by one thats called as grounds of appeal or memorandum of your appeal.
