my wife is a daughter of a farmer in gugarat and we want to bye agricultural land in Gujarat.
father of my wife is not ready to give her rite to be a farmer on there ancestral land property. can you guide us for the same.

Your question is not clear. On one hand you have stated that your wife wants to buy agricultural land to be a farmer and on the other hand you raise question on her father not ready to give right to his ancestral land property.
Please clarify whether whether your question is about buying of agricultural land in Gujarat, or want her share from the ancestral property?

Thank You sir,
As we came to know that for buying agricultural land in Gujarat one needs to be a farmer,
so to get a title of farmer we approached my father in law. because he is a farmer.
we made it clear to him that we just want title not the share in the ancestral property and truly we r not interested in their property.
he is upset with our love marriage.that took place long back 25 yrs ago. but it was not done with his consent. he is bringing this point as an excuse and point blank denying to support for this purpose.
i hope this makes it clear to understand our problem. hoping you will guide us for the solution to this.
