Hi...

I want to know whether the leave & license agreement should be registered with the registrar office.

what is the amount of the stamp duty payable on the LALA for the 11 month with the rent Rs. 11000 P M and deposit of Rs. 50000 with the RENEWAL CLAUSE (For commercial)

stamp duty is subject to state law,and in mumbai even LALA needs registration.

As per the latest rates in force in Maharashtra, you will have to pay Rs.750/- stamp duty since the total of the annual rent and the deposit does not exceed Ra. 2,50,000/-.Registration of the LL agreement is compulsory in Maharashtra. Registration fee is Rs. 1000/- and you will have to pay Rs.20/- per page of the document as scanning fee.
