Now I wish to make new marry sothat I can live rest of the life, what should I do ?

have you any proof 16 years you deserted from wife, or ask amicable mutual consent to divorce, otherwise you will punish bigamy.
R.R. KRISHNAA (Expert) 16 June 2011
Dear anand

Without obtaining divorce order from court it is not advisable to proceed for second marriage. I don't know the reasons for your seperation but I suggest you contact a counsellor or a mediator to assist you in reunion with your wife. If you are not interested in reunion you may opt for divorce and you may approach a lawyer of your locality for further advice.

Best regards.,

Yes. Make a last attempt for amicable settlement. If not possible, then you should get divorce first and then remarry.
