Posession of Land

My Father purchased a Plot of 120 Sq.Yard in Jeevan Park, Libaspur Delhi in the year 1974 registered in the name of my father and younger uncle. Now, The patwari of Alipur area said us that this land has been merged in gramsabha and aquired by Govt. He said that we can't claim for alternate plot or compensation. But in actual this area is not aquired. There is a developed residential Colony and some industries and godown are also there. please advice me how we can take the possension of our land or compensation & alternate plot against them.

if the govt not under taking your land once confirm it, best you can collect the information from RTI, thereafter file injunction and declaration suit case.
