How to calculate the Court Fee

Dear Sirs,

Can some one clarify whether the court fee to be remitted in a High Court for filing a WP, is calculated @ n% of the property value mentioned in the sale deed or on the current guideline values of the property ?

Court fees for the writ petitions are always fixed irrespective of the nature of the Writ.

Yes, writ petitions are filed on fixed court fees which differs from State to State.
