good evening sir, my friend is a scheduled caste candidate. wantedly one advocate neglected his case by wasting 8 months time also he is not yet filed his case. recently a big argument over and he scolded him a lot by using filthy words (mental na kodaka, etc). finally returned all his documenths. now he want to file a case on that advocate, but he is a advocate , so police also not taking complaint. so please guide the possible grounds to file case and proper route to file a caase under atrocity act (1. HE NEGLECTED the CASE DUE TO CASTE FEELING. 2, HE USED FILTHY WORDS). After filing law supports the advocate or justice? what is the normal time to file atrocity case after incident? what is normal time to complaint in state bar council after incident sir?

FIle an complaint immediately against the person under attoricity, otherwise it will not have stand in court. you have to file immeduately because afterwards the matter seems to be maniplated. hence file it immediastely. if the police is not taking complaint go to a higher authority rank of police official or file a complaint under sec 200 before the Judicial Magistarte COurt JMFC court .

sir what is the proceedure for file misconduct complaint to state bar council?
can i appoint advocate or bar council will proceed with fee ?
if throug advocate what is the approxmate fee ?
