If accused getpolice custody from 14/08/10 to 16/08/10 and Magistrate custody from 16/08/2010 upto 29/08/2010 but she get bail in PCR on 16/08/2010 and come out. Its possible that, if accused get magistrate custody upto 29/08/2010 and she comes out without going to jail on 16/08/2010 it self. On which ground its possible?

When she had been granted bail on 16/08/2010,then why she be sent to Jail.She was correctly released from custody by court without sending in Jail.

Then what is the meaning of Magistrate custody remand which is untill 29/08/2010?
