Can comerical space be used to keep paying guest accommadition

Dear sir

I have a commerical space of about 500 sqft i wish to use it for paying guest do we need to have any license for that pls advice
i plan to keep about 6 people.
please let me know the formalities ...to start a paying guest in a commerical space ...

is cooperative society formed? if so you need permission of the society

If the property is commercial there is no permission required from any one with respect to your property.

Due to already commercial place, no permission required.

A license from Municipal Corporation is required and you have to submit details of guests with Local Police Station.
